CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland police officer has been indicted on 15 felony charges related to his illicit sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said Tuesday.
The Grand Jury indicted Patrol Officer Charles F. Locke on 10 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor, two counts of Sexual Battery, two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor and one count of Possessing Criminal Tools. The pandering counts involve videos that the defendant made of himself and the victim engaging in sexual activity.
Officer Locke, 43, has been suspended without pay since his arrest by Cleveland Police on July 10.
