Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking the public for assistance in locating a sexually oriented offender who has failed to register his correct address as required by law.
The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for the arrest of Brian Mayhorn in August 2013. He is wanted on a charge of failure to change address.
Public records show that Mayhorn was convicted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for a qualifying offense committed in 1998.
Records indicate the victim was a juvenile female.
Mayhorn has several tattoos, including a cross and panther on his right arm, and he also has a cross, grim reaper and double rose on his left arm.
