MENTOR -- Police here say that, based on several tips and further investigation, they arrested Angel Laquatra, 23, of Willoughby in connection with the theft of donation jars for Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital at a local Speedway.

Police say she found by detectives and the U.S. Marshals hiding in the basement of a home on Center Street.

Police say she was charged with theft. She will also face drug charges for items found during her arrest, police said.

Police had posted surveillance photos of a woman on their Facebook page Wednesday, asking if anyone could identify her.

While investigating her whereabouts and acquaintances, police discovered her sister Leah Laquatra, had an active Mentor arrest warrant, as did her boyfriend, William Hurt. Police say they were also taken into custody.

Her father, Thomas Laquatra, of Euclid also has warrants for failure to pay child support out of Lake and Cuyahoga counties.

He was not located. Police say that if you know of his whereabouts, please contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-866-4WANTED.
