The project will improve accessibility within the park

WILLOUGHBY -- The Erie Road entrance to Chagrin River Park will receive a face lift starting Tuesday, June 24.

The project will improve over a mile of trails and parking lots to make them more accessible for Lake Metroparks visitors with mobility challenges.

The project is expected to take seven to 10 business days to complete. The park entrance and trails off of Erie Road will be closed for the duration of the project.

Lake Metroparks encourages visitors to use the Reeves Road and Rural Drive entrances during construction.
