8:50 p.m.: Tornado Watch in effect until 11 pm for Ashtabula, Geauga, Holmes, Lake, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne counties. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 1 a.m. for Tuscarawas, Carroll, and Columbiana.

8:45 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Mahoning, Portage and Trumbull counties until 9:15 p.m.

8:14 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warnings issued for Stark, Portage, and Summit counties until 9 p.m. All tornado warnings currently expired.

7:37 p.m.: TORNADO WARNINGS now in effect for Holmes, Wayne and Stark counties until 8:30 p.m. Previous warning has been extended and area expanded.

7:03 TORNADO WARNING ISSUED FOR HOLMES COUNTY until 7 p.m.

6:13 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm issued for Stark County until 7 pm.

5:02 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Tuscarawas County issued effective until 5:45 p.m.

4:57 p.m.: Lorain County opening a shelter at the Boys and Girls Club at 4111 Pear Ave. at 7 pm for residents displaced by storms.

4:55 p.m.: Flood Warning issued for Trumbull and Ashtabula counties.

4:53 p.m.: Power outages starting to spike. FirstEnergy reporting about 3,000 mainly split between Cuyahoga and Lake counties. AEP reporting about 1100 in Stark and Wayne counties combined.

4:34 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warnings issued for eastern Cuyahoga, Portage and Geauga counties until 5:30 pm

4:33 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning extended in Lake County until 5 p.m. Ashtabula County also under Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 5 p.m.

4:25 p.m.: Underpass at Euclid and Ivanhoe re-opened. Area had been closed after cars were stuck in flash flood waters.

4:15 p.m.: Summit County under Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 4:45pm

4:02 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Ashtabula County until 5 p.m. Nearly all of Ohio remains under a Tornado Watch until 9 p.m.

3:19 p.m.: Flood Warning issued for: Cuyahoga, Holmes, Medina, Summit, Wayne, Geauga and Lake counties through early Thursday morning due to storms projected to dump from .5 to 1.5 inches of rain per hour. Ground already saturated due to storms Monday.

3:18 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Lake County until 4 p.m.

3:12 p.m.: TORNADO warning extended for Wayne County until 3:45

3:11 p.m: Nickel sized hail reported by National Weather Service in Holmes County

3:09: Stop and go traffic on I-90 W between Dead Man's Curve and East 22nd. Tornado Warnings still in effect in Ashland, Wayne and Holmes counties.

2:59 p.m.: I-77 South at Broadway flooded.

2:58 p.m: TORNADO WARNING issued for Holmes County until 3:30 p.m. Tornado warnings for Wayne and Ashland remain in effect until 3:15 p.m.

2:56 p.m.: I-480 E near downtown CLE at standstill due to heavy rain and ponding water.

2:54 p.m.: Severe Thunderstorm Warning for eastern Cuyahoga until 3:30 p.m.

2:52: Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Holmes County until 3:45 p.m.

2:47 p.m.: TORNADO warnings issued for Ashland County and Wayne County until 3:15 p.m
