COLUMBUS - Governor John Kasich signed the 2014 Capital Budget today. The budget provides $2.4 billion for maintenance, renovation and construction at public facilities across the state, including some key projects in Cleveland.

Recommendations for funding in this year's plan came from the Greater Cleveland Partnership, among other sources.

The budget will create 31,000 new jobs over the next several years. (READ MORE)
