The residence at 1508 Mock Road was turned upside down and crushed
BELLVILLE -- At least one person was hurt after Tuesday's storms toppled a mobile home, according to the Mansfield News Journal.
The residence at 1508 Mock Road was turned upside down and crushed. One person was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The female was able to get out of the mobile home by herself before help arrived, and firefighters said she was in stable condition when she was taken from the scene.
The Jefferson Township fire chief told the Mansfield News Journal the mobile home appeared to have been flipped twice by the strong winds.
Firefighters also handled a propane leak at the home.
Parts of Richland County were under a tornado warning for about 30 minutes Tuesday night. The county Emergency Management Agency director said 911 dispatchers had reports of rotation spotted in the clouds, but no tornadoes touched down.
