COLUMBUS -- An Ohio woman thought to have possibly had the Ebola virus has tested negative, WKYC's NBC affiliate in the city, NBC4, is reporting.
The 46-year-old woman, who recently traveled to a foreign country, was put in isolation at a Columbus-area hospital, the Columbus Public Health Department told NBC4.
The woman is reportedly "doing well" as she recovers.
A test sample has been sent to the Centers for Disease Control for examination.
