Adrian W. Washington, 24, of Akron turned himself in to detectives Sunday night

AKRON -- A fourth person has been arrested in a shooting death last week.

Shawn Dotson, 46, was found on his neighbor's porch in the 800 block of Lawton Street with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at Akron General Medical Center.

Adrian W. Washington, 24, of Akron turned himself in to detectives Sunday night and has been charged with murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and tampering with evidence.

Police say shortly before midnight on June 7, Washington, Daryl E. Rue, Robert E. Jordan Jr. and Dennis Miller forced their way into Dotson's house on Lawton Street and robbed and shot Dotson.

The other three have previously been charged.

Washington was booked in the Summit County Jail.
