They're certainly not your traditional pop culture commentators.
Irene Cook and Alice Jensen of Chicago, both 100, discussed everything from Justin Bieber to twerking during a taped segment on Steve Harvey. Friends for 94 years, the two had previously appeared on the show in January where they offered tips on topics that included how to live a long life, what they were most proud of and how to maintain friendships
In their most recent segment, though, the two weighed in on topics of a different variety.
The two first discussed selfies, starting with the definition. "Where you take a picture of yourself and you put it on Facebook and let everybody see it," Cook said.
"Oh, they do it," she added, after Jensen seemed skeptical. "Who's they?" Jensen asked.
"Other people," Cook responded, suggesting she might one day try it.
The pair then discussed twerking before turning to the new iPhone system, and Cook didn't hold back.
"I am so irritated," she says.
As for Bieber: "He's not doing something right from what I heard," Cook said, referring to the singer as Justin Beaver.
"Let's go to the next question," Jensen jumps in. "That wasn't a very good one for us, was it?"
The old friends also weigh in on the name of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's baby, North. Cook asks whose name that is and Jensen asks for a spelling.
"You're kidding," Cook says, incredulously.
Finally, the two share a laugh over what BFF stands for. Friends forever, indeed.
