Lego's new play set features its first female scientists.

Available in August, the set, "Research Institute," comes with a female astronomer, chemist and paleontologist, as well as pieces to create a dinosaur model and more, Lego said in a statement.

The price has not yet been finalized.

"Although recently Lego has started to design and add more female figures to their sets, they are still a minority," wrote Dr. Ellen Kooijman, a geochemist in Sweden, in her proposal for the idea submitted to the Lego Ideas website.

Lego reviews any idea that gets more than 10,000 supporters. Those whose ideas are selected for production each receive 1% of net sales.

Kooijman's original proposal included 12 female figures, including a geologist, a robotics engineer, a firefighter, a judge and a falconer.
