Cuyahoga County -- The Cleveland MetroParks have never had a levy defeated.

The owner of a $200,000 home now pays $128 a year. The new levy would boost that to $184 a year.

Metroparks is hoping enthusiasm generated by the takeover of Cleveland's lakefront parks and marina will help the issue pass.
