Freshman Republican Congressman David Joyce is up for reelection. He's running radio ads stressing he's a fiscal conservative.

Joyce faces a challenge from Tea Party-supported State Representative Matt Lynch, who brags of taking on state worker unions in the SB 5 fight, opposing expanding Medicaid and supporting strict spending limits.

Is the 14th District conservative enough for Lynch to pose a primary challenge for Joyce? Is this a Tea Party last stand race? Will this pull Joyce to the right?

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is weighing in on the Supreme Court case pitting religious freedom versus women's rights.

Ohio's not a party to the suit. But DeWine has co-authored a brief backed by 20 Republican Attorneys General coming down on the side of companies' religious freedom rights.

DeWine believes a majority of Ohioans support his position. But many do not. Should he be taking this stand on behalf of the whole state?
