Sewer repairs have shut down Crawford Rd between Kenmore and Wade Park Avenues on Cleveland's east side. The road is closed through Thursday, August 21. Detours are posted in the area near University Circle.

Construction work will close I-77 SB in Cleveland between I-90 and I-490 Friday night, August 22. The closure will run between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning.

Downtown ramps from Ontario, E. 9th and E. 30th/Orange Avenue will remain open for traffic entering I-77 SB, but drivers will be detoured I-490 WB to SR-176 SB to I-480 EB to continue on I-77 SB. I-90 WB drivers must continue on I-90 WB to I-71 SB to SR-176 SB to I-480 EB to I-77 SB.

In Brooklyn, the Tiedeman Rd on-ramp to I-480 EB will be closed through Monday, August 25 for pavement repairs.

Northbound Tiedeman Rd drivers will be detoured west on Brookpark Rd, north on W. 130th St to access I-480 EB from W. 130th St.

Southboud motorists will be detoured via I-480 WB to W. 130th St SB to Brookpark Rd WB to I-480 EB.

Also in Cuyahoga County, the center lane of I-77 SB between Grant Avenue and I-480 will close Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. This closure will be in place through August so crews can continue bridge deck removal operations.

In Summit County, commuters who take Cuyahoga Street in Akron will need to find another route until August 26. The road is closed between Tallmadge Avenue/Memorial Parkway and Howard Street. The City of Akron is installing a water main. Detours are posted. Local access only is permitted on Cuyahoga Street to the Construction Roadway crossing.

In Stark County, bridge repairs will require the closure of the US-30 EB ramp to I-77 NB in Canton. The ramp is expected to be closed until the end of August. The recommended detour is I-77 SB to SR-800 to I-77 NB. This work is the beginning of a $750,000 project to make repairs to the US 30/US 62 EB ramp to I-77. The project is expected to be completed in late October 2014.
