CLEVELAND -- As baseball season edges closer, the Indians are hosting a big bash for fans to celebrate their favorite sport this weekend.

The second annual Tribe Fest, which takes place at Progressive Field on Saturday and Sunday, will give fans the shot at shaking hands and getting autographs from some of their favorite athletes.

Current players expected to be there include Nick Swisher, Jason Kipnis, Carlos Santana, Yan Gomes and Danny Salazar. Also slated to appear include Indians alumni Kenny Lofton, Jim Thome, Omar Vizquel and Charles Nagy.

Tribe Fest will include exclusive access of Progressive Field, a tour of the clubhouse and other unique ballpark experiences.

Fans can also take part in a Twitter scavenger hunt.

General admission tickets are $10, which guarantees you some autographs.

Kids get in free with advanced notice.

The Indians begin the 2014 season on March 31 with a three-game series in Oakland against the Athletics. The Tribe's home opener comes Friday, April 4 against the Minnesota Twins.
