The Browns released their depth chart. Brian Hoyer is still listed as the number one quarterback, followed by Johnny Manziel.
But you know who's not buying it? The Steelers -- the Browns week-one opponent. Defensive Coordinator Dick LeBeau says he expects, and he's preparing, for Manziel to be the starter.
It's good strategy by the Browns to keep the Steelers guessing. I will give the Browns entire front office credit. They've had us all guessing since they drafted "Johnny Football."
It seems the competition is as close as ever, but Hoyer is getting the nod because he has a slight advantage in experience.
I will stay with my original take. I still think Hoyer gives the Browns the best chance of winning games because I'm not sold on Johnny. But I also don't know how the Browns can keep their celebrity quarterback out of the starting spotlight for too much longer. They have to be itching to see what he can do against a real NFL defense. But I wouldn't have drafted him.
Let me know your thoughts. How do you feel the Browns are handling their two quarterbacks, and based on what you've seen, who should the Steelers see on the opening Sunday?
