At 9:30 a.m. I-90 west hadn't been touched.

Most drivers were doing 35 m.p.h. ... some got up to 50.

The innerbelt was worse.

Since we live in Cleveland we get to drive in all types of weather. However, why can't the plows get out and do something earlier? Do our taxes help to maintain the roads? If so, I'm not getting my money's worth. I was on 480 this a.m. doing about 40 mph. It wasn't pretty.

I left for work from Madison about 6:10 am. I work in Shaker Heighs, and 90 West and 271 South were both in good shape at that time of day. I went the speed limit. I think at 1:00 on my way home it was MUCH worse!
