As avid watchers of Channel 3 news we had to email you about our plans for the big Ohio State game. I am a alum of Ohio State ('74) and was a cheerleader for the Buckeyes under Woody Hayes so naturally I am a huge Ohio State fan. My husband and I decided to throw a huge party for the championship game back at the beginning of the season because we knew the Buckeyes would make it all the way!!

We are planning on having over 100 people at our house in Westlake tomorrow night for the game. There will be many Ohio State alums, including an Ohio State band player alum. But what makes it even more interesting is that my sister and her husabnd both went to Michigan. We even have a family rivalry!

The house is all decked out for the party with a TV in the garage, one in the great room and two in our completely finished basement that will be decked out like High Street and Lane Ave. The basement has a full bar, shuffle board table, pin ball and darts so each game will be dubbed a different bar from Columbus! It should be a fun time.

You asked on the news tonight how we would be watching the game.

I think we have the best idea.

My kids will be in the Indoor Waterpark at Kalahari in Sandusky while I get comfy in Kahunaville. They always have 7 (maybe it is 8?) wide screen plasma TV's tuned to soorts. All will be on the Big Game Monday night. Kahuna ville is in the hotel so it has guests and a lot of us locals who know about it.

I got a deal called Time Out or Slam Dunk (sorry ..not sure which is the correct name? It is just $88 and t gives us four waterpark passes. My kids will see the game in the room after the waterpark. The $88 is only if you ask for the special Time Out deal.

If we win... I promised them they could be late for school on Tuesday and my job starts at noon anyway. We could leave in time for school but I figure a win is a once in a lifetime thing and the teachers would understand.

Oh. I also get to valet park my car just like Vegas just for going to the Game at Kahunaville.

Cool deal I think.
