100 million iPods sold: Does yours still work?

But some Apple audiophiles have had mixed experiences over these last few years.

Have you been satisfied with your iPod?

'Apple audiophiles'???!!! What an oxymoron! iPODs and most mp3 files don't hold a candle to true high end audio as reproduced by a fine home stereo system! The resolution, detail, timbral accuracy, etc. you get with a great revealing high-end home systems 'blows away' a tiny iPOD.

iPOD's are an excellent convenience, but if you truly want to get mind-blowing sound out of those things, you have to get much BETTER HEADPHONES than the cheap, stock units that come with them! I'ts 'night and day' difference! Go to 'headphone.com' or do a search for Sennheiser, AKG, or Koss, and you will see the many affordable, high-end headphones that work with iPODs and other portable MP3 players. Seriously, do yourself the favor!
