Anytime these leaches to our laws, tax dollars, and medical facilities, dont want to co-operate. go back where you came from and stay there.
I think if you are in any country illegally you should be deported.
Our government should be free to take these steps to enforce the immigration laws. It is unacceptable for individuals to protest against the enforcement of our laws. If they are not here legally, they should be deported. If they are here legally, they should have no trouble demonstrating that.
I'm especially confused that "people don't feel safe in their homes" and "children were being interrogated." These complaints make it sound like we're sending these people off to a death camp... How ridiculous. Just follow the law and you won't have a problem.
We have gone from a republic to autocratic.
This is amnesty at its worst. This is a bill that the American citizens do not want. Do we release an illegal felon because he as a family? 28.5% of all prisoners incarcerated are illegals.
We send them back one at a time

Who thehell do these illegals think they are? they dont pay taxes, they take and take and take from us. they complain about OUR laws, our language etc. then when we enforce OUR laws they complain and protest. I agree with a previous blogger, go back where you came from and stay there
I think that the USA immigtation authorities are violating the very think that America was founded for. I have a Mexican friend at work who has been stopped for no reason other than the color of her skin. She was asked if was legal or illegal and was told she should have her papers with her to prove her status. What in the world are we becoming? I am ashamed to be an American when I see stories like the Painseville one. How dare these immigration officials harass children and threaten them!All Americans should protest the way this law is being enforced. Dottie
I lived in Dallas for 2 yrs & the Hispanic people there were respectful, family oriented, clean, quiet, hard workers & good citizens. As long as the Hispanics in Painesville, or anywhere in the USA aspire to the same higher standards by being respectful of our land, work hard & pay the same amount of taxes that USA citizens do, then they should be respected in return & be protected by the USA. This immigration effort should not make them feel like criminals, unless they are stealing, not paying taxes or destroying or devaluing our properties by not taking good care of their homes.

ARE WE AMERICANS OR WHAT? Doesnt the President get it? These people are breaking our laws and sending american currency to other family members in a foreign count further hurting our economy. They dont pay taxes because many work under the table.They use our medical sytem for free and if they were legal they will have other sick family members come here and get help then they leave sticking our doctors with a bill that will never get paid. They have never fought in our wars and defended our flag. They hurt our economy in oh so many ways. In the future their kids will compete with our kids for education money which is already strapped to most americans because we are not a minority. Yet i pay taxes and obey our countrys laws. I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY MEDICAL UNLIKE THEM. My family has died for this country. We paid our dues and our treated badly while illegals get a free ride. We need to pass a law forbiding anyone to hire an illegal if they do they go to jail for 25 years no parole. An illegal should recive 10 years in prison not returned to his country.That would stop it. Of course our President IS MORE CONCERNED FOR THE FREEDOM OF FOREIGNERS LIKE IRAQ THAN HE IS WITH HIS FELLOW COUNTYMEN,HE NEVER ADDRESS HIGH GAS PRICES WHICH IS KILLING THE MIDDLE CLASS,WE HAVE PEOPLE ON THE STREETS, OUR FOOD KITCHENS ARE HORRIBLE,MOST AMERICAN ARE TWO PAY CHECKS AWAY FROM BEING ON THE STREET YET MR BUSH THINKS WE CAN TAKE IN 22 MILLION MORE PEOPLE.WHICH IF WE DO THEY WILL BRING IN MORE RELATIVES TO ABUSE OUR SYSTEMS AND TAKE OUR JOBS LOWER OUR WAGES, ABUSE OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM WHICH IS HORRIBLY UNDERFUNDED. MR BUSH WHAT ABOUT THE AMERICAN WHO VOTED FOR YOU.ARE YOU GOING TO TURN YOUR BACKS ON US TO HELP A FOREIGN ELEMENT FURTHER DESTROY OUR COUNTRY. M AKE IT EVEN HARDER ON OUR FUTURE CHILDREN. THESE FOREIGNERS DID NOTHING TOHELP THEIR COUNTRY BOUNCE BACK NO IT IS EASIER FOR THEM TO COME AND DESTRY WHAT OUR FATHERS WORKED SO HARD TOGIVE US. And just like the mess they left behind they will create here. Mr Bush dont forget you are an american president for americans nor foreigners. I KNOW MY FAMILY AND FREINDS WILL VOTE AGAINST ALL REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS WHO VOTE FOR THIS BILL TO PASS AND ALSO IF YOU DONT SOLVE THE GAS PROBLEM WHICH YOU TOTALLY IGNORE. IT IS TIME TO STAND UP FOR OUR COUNTRY BEFORE WE LOSE IT AND WE DO THAT BY VOTING OUT LEADERS WHO BETRAY US AND WOULD RATHER SAVE FOREIGNERS THAN AMERICANS.
I do not have a problem with immigrants, I do have a problem with people in this country not even bothering to learn our language. English is what is spoken here but has anyone noticed that more and more Spanish is being used in everything. You want to stay in our country at least give us the respect we deserve and learn our language or please go back to your country, become legal and those of you that defend breaking the law dont complain if you should be a victim of someone also breaking the law. You cannot pick and choose what laws are to be followed.
So many of you are just running at the mouth and have no clue about these immigrants. MANY OF THEM DO PAY TAXES AND PAY THEIR OWN MEDICAL. MOST WORK TWO JOBS AND DON'T EVEN TRY OR QUALIFY FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. There are much more citizens working the system then illegals, but I don't hear anyone complaining about the american that won't work any job, who receives food stamps, cash, and medical from my taxes!!! I much rather help those who are trying to make a better life for their families instead of those who are just working the system!!!!!!
I just don't get it. What's going on in Mexico to have so many people illegally coming to us and drain our facilities. Haven't we sent just about all our real paying jobs down to Mexico? In this day of extreme unemployment why are employers allowing this to happen? NO cure - hunger is a desperate thing.too many people, too many breeders, and that also present in our poor sector in America. Breeding just because they don't have anything else to look forward to in one's lifetime.
