I too am a big believer in "what goes around comes around" I'm glad that the ACLU and the bleeding heart liberals won't be spending their time, and our taxpayer money with appeal after appeal. After what he put that poor girl through, dying after getting raped with something like a broomstick is still way too good for him! I say at least make it interesting- how about a flaming newspaper or a broken bottle???

I am a Crinimal Justice student and I too am a believer in an eye for an eye but I also believe that only GOD can judge me. He may have gooten what he deserved but again someone else is dead. Is that person who committed this crime going to be punished for what he has done. Probably not. I don't feel sorry for him but his death will not bring her back and it will not take away the pain that her family is feeling. No one ever stops to thin kthat mayve this man really needs some help and that somewhere in his mind he didn't do anything wrong. We need to try tp prevent this from happening again to someone's child. I don't side with sex offenders at all but they are human also and only GOD can judge them and he may have gotten what was coing to him but WOW. talk about being crule nad heartless. I feel for that girls family becuse none of what happened will bring her back or take away from their pain.
I am SO sick and tired about hearing stories referring as to how a convicted murderer has died as well as how they "suffered" during their execution. Cannot stand to see those "bleeding hearts" protesting an execution either. Does anyone ever CONSIDER how the "victim" brutally died?? He got what he deserved - a "painful" death - just like he gave to his victim!!

I am sure the pain he suffered was nowhere near the pain that the poor 14 year old victim's family will feel for the rest of their lives so I do not feel sorry for him one bit!! I find it interesting that this terrible person died in agony. God surely does find ways to bring about justice. This evil man had every opportunity to live his life to the fullest. The same opportunity we all have, to make choices in our lives. He made horrific choices, and those choices landed him in a horrible place, where someone inflicted agony upon him. He died in agony as a result of the choices HE made. He stole that beautiful child from her family and her opportunities, before she ever even had a chance to make any life choices. Now he is surely screaming in Hell with his friend Satan. That beautiful child sits with God, where pain does not exist. That is the only good thing in this, the only joy among all of this waste. Perhaps this knowledge will give some comfort to that wonderful child's family.

Capitol punishment used to be common sense. Today, everyone "loves" so much, they don't want to do this anymore. I love too, but I think we have to come to a point that we say you choose horribly bad choices, you are too much a threat and we taxpayers don't need to pay your way. Wow after reading the comments here I see the republican state of Ohio who claims to have Christian values loves to see revenge pain and suffering, what happened to forgiveness. Yes what he did was very wrong forget molesting, Im liberal on that, but Killing is not reversable. But the comments I read below everyone praises his death and are happy about it. You are happy somone died and thats sad.
Do you think this can FINALLY be the end of sensationalism reporting on this particular story? Let the poor people that were directly involved in this thing rest and try to heal, let them go on with their lives, the scars are painful too.

Maybe I would agree with you if this person (if you can even call him a "person" after what he's done) didn't RAPE and CUT a 14 year old child to PIECES. I think if you were in this girl's family you would be saying something different.

Sounds to me like his death wasn't nearly painful enough.
I believe an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. I am glad this monster was in pain until his death because that is what he is putting that poor little girl's family through for the rest of their lives. Not to mention, of course what he did to her, an innocent child. People in today's society do not take responsibility for their actions and far too often crimes are committed and the perpetrators walk freely among us because of the screwed up views of government. The death penalty is not used enough. I believe that when someone kills someone, makes a decision to play God in their own right that they should face the exact same fate that they handed their victim. If you shot someone and killed them then you should be shot, if you stabbed someone you should be stabbed. I am pleased that another horrible monster that hurts the innoncent has left this earth and I am glad that he suffered, I hope it hurt like hell and was drawn out over a long period of time, I hope it was excrutiating for him and I hope he felt every bit of it. My only regret is that the family of his victim didn't get to kill him in the same manner he killed their daughter. I can say all of this because I live in America, the land of the free..where it is MY right to say what I want. No one has the right to play God except for God and only he should decide when it is time for you to leave this earth. Certainly a parent should never outlive a child, I speak from experience. I have buried my son and I am only in my 30's today, that is not how the circle of life is supposed to be. I saw the story on the news where the mother of this child wants to make all sexual predators have colored license plates like drunk drivers. I could not agree with her more, this man took everything from this family and killed that poor little girl for no reason. I have no remorse at all for anyone that could do anything like that to a child and feel that they should no longer have any rights.

Why are you even reporting this? Who cares? He's dead. If he hadn't committed the crime that put him in jail then he could possibly have avoided this method of death. Do I think prisoners should attack each other? No. But, these are vile and violent people. Why would you expect better from them? Like others have said, it saves the tax payers a lot of money, not having to support him and pay for his appeals.

That was really mean of the one person on here to talk about how little girls dress like tramps, how the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, etc. She was a little 14 year old girl, the same age as my oldest daughter, and I am so happy that the man is off the streets. No matter how a child/woman/man/whoever dresses, it does NOT give people a right to rape them. If you believe that, you should move over to a country where the woman are totally covered in robes or something. I hope if that man was raped in prison, that all he could think about was how he shouldn't have hurt that little girl, knowing that he was getting what he gave. There are a lot of simpletons here generalizing and blaming 'liberal judges or liberal prison guards, etc.' for prisoner sympathy, prisoner appeals, or other justice system ills. The fact is, as is evidenced by many inexcusable cases of DNA exoneration (of incarcerated prisoners) as of late, there are many innocent people being 'railroaded' and even put to death, many by CONSERVATIVE judges and prosecuters! This is UNCONSCIONABLE (and a major indictment of our so-called 'justice system'), especially in this day and age! So you can't blame 'liberal judges' for every justice system challenge. That said, on a personal level, I feel NO sympathy that this child killer died a painful death, because the evidence against him was overwhelming, and the crime so utterly heinous and inhuman.

Has anyone even begun to think about the other family as well? they are hurting just as much. They have to live day after day searching their soul's wandring where did they go wrong. And what about inmates that are in prison for being wrongfully accused for such a hated crime(trust me I know first hand that is the case in some of these men). And for all the people here who are glad he suffered pain and died and no one to help him sounds to me their's a little bit of Joel Yokey in all of you.
Sounds to me like it's Gods view on "an eye for an eye" or legal "justice" per-say as a civilian. All these "bad" people running around murdering, raping, stealing, and just wronging people, how often have you heard "God will take care of them", but yet you hardly if ever, SEE that happen, well, don't let this one slip past without knowledge of "Do Unto Others..." if you know what I mean;)

I am glad he died such a painful death, but what he went through was nothing like what that poor girl went through and what her family goes through day after day,week after week, month after month year after year. Too bad more felons don't get those tears and die the same way. There should be no life time imprisonment, any person who hurts a child should be put to death after conviction.
Its a good day when ANY pedophile dies. But, the worst part about this whole thing is... now the dead pedophile's family will sue the state, and win a large amount of money.

If we wait for God to pass sentence ( whoever that may be) we'll not see many results in our lifetime. Of course we need to enforce the rules that our society has set in place. Perhaps you might consider changing your major to Sociology?
