Game 5 ALCS hangover

The script took a turn on the Indians dream season Thursday night at Jacobs Field. Despite the will of the entire region, the Indians lost Game 5 of the American League Championship Series. The Indians must now win one game at Fenway Park to make it back to the World Series.

What's your opinion on Game 5 and your predictions for Game 6?

No need to freak out yet. We still have a 3-2 games lead. Carmona will have a better game and we face Grandpa Schilling. There's nothing better than ending Clemens career and then Schillings career. Should it will be tough to win in Boston, but I also thought that about New York and look how that turned out. We been beaten by their best pitcher twice now, but unfortunately for Boston he can't pitch every game.

Cc should have had that last night but here we are again.
We still have two more chances but I hope we take it on Saturday.
Still, no matter what, its great to see 2/3 of Clevelands major sports teams reaching for the titles.
Now...if we can just tweak that other 1/3 and get them in gear...what a celebration that would be.

This team and its fans have not given up much to the national media's dismay. No ne said it would be a walk in the park, but game 6 will belong to the Indians.

here at our dealership, we had an indians banner hanging up. but we were getting a visit from some suits from the manufacturer and had to take it down yesterday. then the tribe lost. sorry cleveland, it's all our fault.

CC choked! He cant perform in high intensity games - they should have taken him out in the 5th inning! You need to strike batters out and get some hits to win ball games!!! We lost the momentum last night - but they better find it again by Saturday!!!!

The tribe has not found a way to beat Beckett, but there is only one of him and this is a 7 game series. The odds are still in Cleveland's favor.

I predicted this series to go 6 games and I stand by my predictions. Why Wedge would leave CC in there into the 7th inning with over 100 pitches, is beyond me. Shows Wedge doesn't know how to manage a game. Bring in the bullpen and stay within 1. Easier to come back from one run instead of 6 runs. As to game 6, look for Carmona to beat Schilling and end his career just like we ended Clemens' career. Game 6 score Tribe 4 BoSox 2.

I though CC did a great job pitching last night, however, how many pitches did the coaches think he could throw before leaving the Indians in a bind? I still love my Indians and I believe they will win the ALCS this Saturday. As for Manny, he just needs to remember where he got his fame in the first place.
