We always take all of our kids trick or treating, so they are safe.
We have gone to several nursing homes/assisted living places when we had great grandparents in them and they are fun, safe, and very warm (inside and older residents turn up heat a lot!!). They get such joy from seeing all of the kids, so we help them out as well!
