Sales tax increase battle: Vote or no vote?

Cuyahoga County Commissioners Tim Hagan and Jimmy Dimora want to increase the county's sales tax, without a vote, to help build a Convention Center/Medical Mart.

Over 9,000 high school seniors did not pass their Ohio Graduation Test. Passing the OGT is now a state requirement.

Should these seniors be allowed to walk the stage with their peers at graduation? Or is the state taking appropriate action by making the students sit out?
