Larry highlights this week’s "Everyday Champions!”
Today, Larry revealed this week's "Everyday Champions,” Ian Cunningham & Dr. Calvin Brown, Sr. Ian is a native Clevelander who started the Kenny Anderson Showcase. In conjunction with Kenny, a former NBA All-Star, and he is connecting kids to scholarships through athletics. And Dr. Calvin Brown, Sr. is the Co-Pastor at Destiny Church and Executive Director of The Edge in Twinsburg. Both individuals are making differences in their communities!
Here is Larry’s Motivational Message for the week:
“I want you to chase your dream! Today's guest saw a need, he saw an opportunity, and he turned his dream into a reality. That's what success really is all about. It's about finding your passion, finding what you love, and doing it every single day. It's about waking up in the morning eager, driven, and happy that you can work another 24 hours to move just a few steps closer to your goal. It's about knowing that when your life comes to an end you won't have any regrets because you dared to do what most people are too afraid to do. You took a chance. You went out on a limb and you saw what wasn't real yet and believed you could make it real. You see it's the journey from dream to reality that makes life worth living. So don't get caught up in what you can't do, get caught up in what you wanna do. Don't get caught up in what others say you can't do, get caught up in what's in your heart to do. People who strive to make their dreams a reality only fail when they stop their pursuit of it. So if you chase your dream and don't stop, it's not a matter of if, it's only a matter of when!”
