Local hospitals need Easter baskets for child cancer patients

Some kids will spend their Easter Sunday in the hospital. Let's brighten their day!

Akron Children's Hospital and Cleveland's Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital is asking for Easter basket items for child cancer patients.

More than 85 children battling cancer will spend Easter Sunday in the hospital, meaning local nonprofit Project Ed Bear is hoping to brighten their day.
