CLEVELAND — It’s a new day for Ohio’s largest boat show as it launches a new name, expanded hours and an extended stay at the I-X Center, January 17 – 21, 2019.

A celebrated Cleveland tradition for over 60 years, this year’s Progressive Cleveland Boat Show (formerly the Mid-America Boat Show) is dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for all with daily themes including: Thursday Island Day, featuring the best of Put-in-Bay; Friday Frolic Date Night; Saturday’s Mid-Winter Rendezvous; Kelleys Island Sunday Funday; and a special extra day just for kids on Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Complementing more than 450 gleaming new boats from Ohio’s top dealers, the show’s seaworthy stars—from cruisers to kayaks—will come alive with a wide variety of features and attractions. From an all-new Twiggy the water-skiing squirrel comedy show, exciting boat racing and sailing simulator centers, a giant 5000-gallon live fish aquarium show, the Go Dive Now Pool’s free scuba lessons, and dozens of hands-on activities including a kids-casting challenge, the Progressive Cleveland Boat Show has something for everyone.

“More than 500,000 Ohio families own boats to enjoy our many lakes and rivers, and we’re excited our show will continue the tradition of elevating their experiences for years to come,” says Michelle L. Burke, President, Lake Erie Marine Trades Association, the organization who has produced the show since its beginnings.
