Hundreds gather at FirstEnergy Stadium for Touchdown Run

The race benefits the Beds for Kids program, which provides furniture to families in need.

CLEVELAND — For the first time in seven years, the Minute Men's Inside the Park run was held at FirstEnergy Stadium.

In years past, the races were held at Progressive Field. With the change, the official name of the run became, The Touchdown Run.

This year's event was organized by Hermes Cleveland. The race benefits the Cleveland Furniture Bank, helping to fund the Beds for Kids program. Families in need of simple furniture are the recipients.

Three races were held this morning at 9 a.m.
