65th Annual Progressive Boat Show returns to I-X Center

Boats, live demonstrations, music, food and more await!

CLEVELAND — The boat show is back! The 65th Annual Progressive Cleveland Boat Show has returned to the I-X Center after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19.

It was supposed to be in January, then pushed back to March. The delay wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Organizers say there was an increase in the number of seminars and attractions for 2022.

“In 2020, we reimagined the show by making it a more experiential family event. People loved it and will see more of those features in March,” Burke said a few months ago. “Everything from a Paddling Center with demonstration pool to a magic show in the expanded Kid’s Center, and more.”

If you're in the market for a boat, but aren't sure what you're looking for, experts are on-hand to help you find the perfect vessel for your lifestyle.

Since this is a family-oriented show, don't forget to bring the kiddos. From the trout pong, to live fishing demonstrations, to Twiggy, the Waterskiing Squirrel, there's plenty to see and do for the whole family.

The boat show is Ohio’s oldest and largest boating and fishing exposition. It annually attracts some 50,000 visitors including thousands from surrounding states.

You can visit today from 10am-9pm, and tomorrow from 10am-5pm.
