Wade Oval kicks off summer season with 'Arts Fest: Dance with Giants'

The event is a collaboration between university circle Inc. and the Cleveland Museum of Art.

CLEVELAND — When it comes to summer fun here in northeast Ohio, there so much to do. However a favorite for many is getting outside, and a great place to do that is Wade Oval in Cleveland.

On Saturday, with the help of University Circle Inc. and the Cleveland Museum of Art, Wade Oval kicked off its summer season with its inaugural arts fest. This year’s theme is “Dance with Giants,” a nod to the dozens of interactive displays that have been put up in the area.

At the event, guests will be able to interact with the displays, in addition to visiting the numerous partner booths put up throughout Wade Oval. And you won't go hungry, multiple food vendors will be onsite to meet food and beverage needs.

The arts fest is a family-friendly event that takes place from 11a.m to 5 p.m. And according to Becky Voldrich, Senior Director of Communication and Events, today’s experience is just one of many free, family friendly event coming to wade oval this summer.
