One of the top rap groups of all time will be making a tour stop in its hometown.
Bone Thugs-n-Harmony will hold a concert this June 7 at Cleveland's Agora Theatre and Ballroom. The venue made the announcement Tuesday, with tickets set to go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
Formed in Cleveland in 1991, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony was signed to Ruthless Record's by N.W.A.'s Eazy-E and soon found many of its songs and albums near the top of the charts. One of those singles, "Tha Crossroads," reached No. 1 in the Unites States and won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. The five artists worked with legends such as Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G., and MTV later called them "the most melodic hip-hop group of all time."
Ticket prices for the concert start at $30. In addition, the Agora also announced the following shows that will take place this year:
- Beach House - Aug. 6
- The Starting Line - Sept. 13
- Postmodern Jukebox - Oct. 29
- Bert Kreischer - Nov. 22
