Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are arguably the hottest celebrity couple of the summer. Now, the pair has some street cred to back it up.

Streaming service Spotify has deemed Mendes and Cabello's "Señorita" duet the song of the summer, as it's the platform's most-streamed global tune this summer. Spotify says the song has accumulated more than 565 million streams since its June release.

Most recently, Mendes and Cabello performed the hit together during the MTV Video Music Awards this week.

Spotify users have also been fans of another pop duet. Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber's "I Don't Care" is the second most-streamed summer song, followed by teen sensation Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy."

Music fans can't think about summer 2019 without also acknowledging "Old Town Road." The country-hip-hop mash-up launched Lil Nas X to fame when it debuted in the spring, but he's managed to follow up with another hit in "Panini."

Spotify also says the top-streamed song in the U.S. this summer belongs to Lil Tecca, whose "Ransom" has spiked the rapper's streaming audience to 19 million on Spotify.
