Ryan Seacrest usually hosts red carpet shows, but his attire at the 76th annual Golden Globes has him under public scrutiny.

The Atlanta native wore a black bracelet in support of the Time’s Up, a program that addresses systemic inequality and injustice in the workplace that have kept underrepresented groups from reaching their full potential.

A screenshot tweeted out appeared to show the TV personality and host showing off his bracelet during the E! red carpet pre-show.

Seacrest, 44, found himself at the center of controversy with the movement when his former stylist accused him of sexual misconduct.
