Bill prepares his special mango salsa, and shares with us his recipe!
Recipe:
3 ripe mangos, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup of lime juice)
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and season with salt for taste. Let the salsa rest for about 10 minutes and dig in.
Great with chips or serve over chicken, fish or pork chops.
