Now you have some myths to bust! And the first one is “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” That’s a myth?!
Myth Number Two: It’s all about calories. That’s false? Really?
And Myth Number Three: You have to work out – and work out hard – to lose weight. I think people are going to be very happy that this is a myth!
