Cleveland Public Theater presents Station Hope 2019 celebrating city's social justice history

A Celebration of Hope. A Dialogue for Change.

OHIO CITY, Ohio — Cleveland Public Theater’s Station Hope festival will take place this Saturday, May 4 at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Ohio City and surrounding blocks.

Now in its sixth year, Station Hope is a community event that celebrates Cleveland's social justice history and explores contemporary struggles for freedom as told through theatre, music, storytelling and dance.

More than 250 artists will be performing in a 10-stage area, along with three interactive art tents.

WKYC is the media sponsor for this unique cultural event, which is free and open to the public.

Jim Donovan got a preview of Station Hope with Raymond Bobgan, the Executive Artistic Director of Cleveland Public Theater, on Thursday's Donovan Live. You can watch the interview in the player above.
