Neighborhood Connections has awarded nearly 2,500 grants since 2003, totaling more than $7.9 million. How do they decide who receives the grants? Our next guests can tell us. We had two members of the Grant-making Committee, Rebecca Mason and Hank Smith in studio. Below are the questions Tiffany asked during the interview:
1. Rebecca, who serves on the grant-making committee?
Rebecca: Committee is made up of about 20-25 residents of Cleveland and East Cleveland.
2. Hank, tell us more about the process. What are you looking for in a grant applicant?
