Recess Cleveland is an organization that promotes physical activity and the development of positive emotional and social skills in areas of the city that lack positive recreational environments and then need your help. Volunteers are needed for a “Pop up Recess” event on Saturday, August 10th, from noon until five pm. The event will take place at Sam Miller Park in Cleveland. Volunteers will assist in setting up and tearing down equipment. Volunteers also act as teachers, mentors, referees and safety monitors.
