CLEVELAND — On Monday's What's New, we look back at the Memorial Service held for Kobe and Gianna Bryant. We heard from Vanessa Bryant for the first time since her husband and daughter died in a helicopter crash last month.

An Illinois developer has plans to transform part of the downtown lakefront, by building an outlet shopping mall in a section of Cleveland's Municipal Lot. However, representatives from City Council say they will not even entertain the idea. We explore the proposal during Monday's 'Top Talker.'
