Prince Harry and Meghan Markle must stop using term "royal," and Ben Affleck gets honest about his divorce from Jennifer Garner in 'Pop Break'

Plus, "This is Us" introduces a new character (sort of), that fans have been dying to meet

CLEVELAND — From royal drama to a "This Is Us" spoiler, and how Ben Affleck's alcoholism affected his marriage to Jennifer Garner, there's lots to unpack in Wednesday's Pop Break with digital anchor Stephanie Haney.

Affleck is opening up about his drinking and drug addiction fueling his divorce with Garner.

While promoting his new film, "The Way Back," Affleck told the New York Times that ending his marriage with Garner is "the biggest regret of my life."

Affleck's new film is the story of a man battling alcohol addiction and attempting to coach a high school basketball team while dealing with his inner demons. The film, which hits close to home for the star, premieres nationwide on March 6.

When it comes to their new, simpler life,  Prince Harry and Meghan Markle still can't catch a break.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who recently stepped back from their formal royal duties to build a more private life with their nearly-one-year-old son Archie, are now reportedly being asked by Queen Elizabeth II to stop using the term "royal" in any official capacity.

This would include making a change to their current Instagram account, "@sussexroyal."

The couple had allegedly hoped to trademark the brand, but are currently dealing with this change of plans, after spending tens of thousands of dollars on their official website, charitable foundation, global trademarking and social media account.

In case you haven't been on social media, there a spoiler alert coming related to last night's episode of "This Is Us."

For the first time ever, viewers got to meet "Old Kevin" in a flash forward during Tuesday night's episode.

Justin Hartley, who portrays Kevin on the show, is apparently happy with the transformation. He tweeted a gif of what the shows envisions he'll look like in older age, writing: "The future’s looking mighty fine."

You can watch "This Is Us" on NBC every Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
