3News wants to see your photos and videos of you getting outside and enjoying this warmer weather!

Share your photos and videos and we may use them online and in one of our TV shows, which you can stream for free in the WKYC app

CLEVELAND — Editor's note: Video at the top of this story was originally published on Feb. 26, 2021.

With the weather warming up, this is the perfect time to head outside for a nice, long walk, and we want to share your view with the rest of Northeast Ohio.

While we have this spring-like weather in our neighborhoods, we'd love for you to send us a video or photo of the views from your walk.

You can use the "Near Me" feature on the WKYC app or text photos to 216-344-3300! Just remember to include your name, location and a description just in case we share the photo on TV.

As always, if you post your walking views to your social accounts, like Twitter, you can use the hashtag #3Weather. We’ll use the best photos on air and on wkyc.com!

To send your images and videos through our WKYC app, watch our 3News digital anchor walk you through it or read on for step-by-step instructions.

All you have to do is open the app, and tap on 'Near me' in the bottom right corner of your screen. After the map pops up, tap on "Share with us" in the top left corner of your screen.

From there, you can select your photo or video right from your phone, and write a short description so we know what we're looking at.

Before you hit submit, remember to include your name, where you're from, and your email address or phone number with your submission so we can contact you and let you know if we plan to use what you've shared with us in one of our shows or a post online.

When your submission has gone through, you'll see the word 'Success' pop up in the app, and you'll know it's been sent to us and is awaiting review by our team.

Thanks for sharing with us!
