Taylor Swift makes her directorial debut with 'The Man' music video, and Prince Harry is just going by 'Harry' now in Pop Break on 'What's New'

Plus, Jojo opens up about some of the hardships she faced growing up famous

CLEVELAND — Taylor Swift isn't letting anything hold her back anymore.

The popstar released a picture and a video on Tuesday announcing that her song 'The Man' will get the music video treatment.

The video posted to Swift's social media accounts shows a person standing at a window looking out over a cityscape in an office, followed by the announcement of Swift's directorial debut.

Many fans believe that Swift will take aim at former manager Scooter Braun in the video, after Braun purchased the rights to Swift's earlier catalogue and was allegedly barring her from performing any of her own songs.

The video will go live at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Singer and child star 'Jojo' is opening up about some of the heartbreaking problems she had to deal with while growing up in the entertainment industry.

The 'Aquamarine' and 'RV' actor sat down with UPROXX to discuss her career thus far, and how she has had to fight to survive both in her job and her life.

'Jojo' told UPROXX that at one point she was put on an extremely low calorie diet (as little as 500 calories a day), and took injections to decrease her appetite.

At the time, the singer was venturing into television and movies and her record label, Blackground Records, was refusing to release her music. 'Jojo' said that she was worried that they would continue to not release her songs if she didn't go along with their diet and agenda.

And move over Cher and Sting, there is a new one name icon in town.

At a recent event in Scotland promoting environmentally conscious travel, Prince Harry requested that event goers simply call him 'Harry' from now on.

This move comes fresh off senior royal family members told Harry and wife, Meghan Markle last week that they will need to stop using the word 'royal' to promote themselves or any of their enterprises.

Harry and Meghan decided to take a step back from their senior royal duties earlier this year to live a more private and independent life.
