GUIDE | Fourth of July fireworks schedules and festivities across Northeast Ohio

WKYC has compiled a list of some of the best festivities and fireworks displays in the area.

It's time to celebrate America's 242nd birthday, and Northeast Ohio is ready to let freedom ring!

NOTE: All festivities take place on July 4, unless otherwise noted

Ashtabula County

Asthabula (June 28-July 1)

  • Festival at Lakeview Park with ride, entertainment, food, and more
  • Fireworks at 10 p.m. on July 1

Cuyahoga County

Bay Village

  • Fireworks at dusk during "Bay Days"

Berea

  • Grindstone Festival begins at 4 p.m. at Coe Lake Park
  • Fireworks later on

Bratenahl (July 3)

  • Independence Day Celebration at Village park starting at 7 p.m.
  • Fireworks around 10 p.m.

Brecksville (June 30-July 1)

  • Part of Brecksville Home Days celebration
  • Fireworks at 10 p.m. both nights on Brecksville Road

Cleveland (July 6)

  • Star-Spangled Spectacular: Concert begins at 9 p.m., fireworks follow around 10:15 p.m.
  • Great Lakes Science Center "Rock 'n Boom" at 8 p.m. on July 4

  • Fairview Park Summerfest featuring rides, games, and food

Mayfield Village (June 30)

  • Parkview Pool activities starting at noon
  • Music at the Grove at 4 p.m.
