CLEVELAND — "Don't burn the turkey!"

That is a common goal among many during the Thanksgiving holiday, but one way to avoid defeat is to take the advice of an award-winning chef. 

On Tuesday, just in time for the holiday, Cleveland native and renowned Chef Michael Symon took to Twitter and offered turkey-making advice to his fans.
