There's always something fun happening in Northeast Ohio and this weekend is no different.

From some different cultural celebrations to big-name concerts and a Harry Potter party, check out our list of 10 things to do this weekend.

Akron African-American Cultural Festival

What: The 38th annual African-American Cultural Festival returns to Akron's Lock 3 this weekend for a full celebration of culture, food, music and fun. The weekend kicks off with a block party at Hawkins Stoner Park Friday at 6 p.m. before the celebration moves to Lock 3. A youth and family day takes place Saturday and the big "Let's Come Together" party is Sunday. Learn more here.

Asian Lantern Festival

What: The Cleveland Zoo kicks off its Asian Lantern Festival this weekend. The event takes place every weekend through the end of August and features Asian culture spread throughout the zoo. See bright, colorful lanterns, giant dragons and more while you experience Asian cuisine and entertainment. Learn more here.

Christmas in July at Put-In-Bay

What: Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year in an island setting. Christmas in July partiers will take to the streets of Put-In-Bay for one of the island's biggest weekends year-round. Rock your Santa hat and enjoy holiday drink specials at the bars and restaurants. Learn more here.

Euclid Beach Park Day

What: The annual Euclid Beach Park Day offers a throwback to Euclid Beach's better days. It's a nod to nostalgia with rides on the grand carousel, Lolly the Trolly, rocket car rides, games, food and more. Learn more here.

Greek Festival

What: St. Paul Greek Orthodox in North Royalton has one of the best Greek festivals in Northeast Ohio. Fill up on all your favorites, such as gyros, grape leaves and baklava, and enjoy all the live dancing, entertainment and vendors. Learn more here.

Harry Potter Party

What: Yes, we're Sirius about this one. Lakewood's The Side Quest is throwing its fourth annual Harry Potter party in celebration of Harry's birthday. Attendees are encouraged to wear robes and bring wands, even if you're a Slytherin. The kitchen will serve food inspired by the wizarding world and you can even brew your own boozy potion. Irish Cultural Festival

What: The 36-year tradition continues at the Irish Cultural Festival this weekend. Celebrate Irish heritage with food, dancing and entertainment. There will also be vendors, exhibits and activities for children. Learn more here.

Lady Antebellum & Darius Rucker

What: If you're "lookin' for a good time," let these acts "rock you like a wagon wheel." Country acts Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker co-headline the Summer Plays On tour at Blossom Music Center. Tickets are still available here.

Rover Fest

What: The annual Rover Fest returns to Lorain's Black River Landing for a weekend full of music and drinking. Cleveland's own Machine Gun Kelly headlines the lineup, which also features Shinedown, Lil' Jon and Big Boi. The event will be hosted by comedian Burt Kreischer.

Taco and Tequila bar brawl

What: A taco and tequila bar crawl hits downtown Cleveland's E. 4th Street, meaning it's an ideal day to drink some margaritas. For $25, you get four tacos, drink specials and a drink Koozie to remember the event. Participating eateries include Zocalo, Mabel's and House of Blues. Get tickets here.
