So much to do!

August is officially underway, meaning it's time to get outdoors while the weather's still here.

There’s plenty happening across Northeast Ohio weekend. You can sip your way through a wine festival, find our doppelganger at a festival just for twins or find your new favorite porter at a local beer festival.

Akron Ale Fest

What: Discover Akron’s best craft breweries while you enjoy local food trucks and artists. Twenty breweries are currently on the list, meaning there’s an IPA for everyone. Learn more here.

When: Saturday 1-5 p.m.

Bridgestone Invitational

What: The Bridgestone Invitation continues this weekend at Firestone Country Club. Play began Wednesday and Ian Poulter entered Friday morning with the lead, though Rickie Fowler and Kyle Stanley follow a stroke behind. Check out the tournament, try some food trucks and take the kids to scope out the autograph area. Get tickets here.

The Fest

What: More than 40,000 people are expected to attend The Fest, a free, family-friendly music festival featuring some big-name Christian artists. This year’s lineup features TobyMac, Big Daddy Weave, Mandisa and We Are Messengers. Activities for kids, food and crafts will also be available. Learn more here.

When: Sunday 12-10 p.m.

Lakewood Arts Festival

What: Head to downtown Lakewood to see work from local and national artists. More than 150 artists are expected to be on exhibit in hopes of taking home the Best in Show award. A portion of the proceeds from the event goes toward a scholarship for a local art student. Live music and food will also be available. Learn more here.

When: Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Twinsburg Twins Days

What: You’ll be seeing double, but hopefully it won’t be from any drinks. Twinsburg Twins Days is a weekend celebration of sibling twins. It’s the largest annual gathering of twins in the world. This year’s theme is “Two-Player Mode,” so twins are encouraged to dress up as their favorite video or arcade game characters. Learn more here.

National Sports Collectors Convention

What: Dust off that old Jim Thome rookie card. This convention is a paradise for sports lovers. Check out jerseys, cards, autographs and all kinds of collectibles. Be sure to bring your old collection of cards with you because there’s quite a lineup of sports stars scheduled to sign autographs, including recent National Baseball Hall of Fame inductee Jim Thome. Current Cleveland Indians Corey Kluber and Francisco Lindor are also scheduled to be there. Learn more here.

Outrun Ovarian Cancer 5K

What: Celebrate survivors of Ovarian Cancer with a family-friendly run through downtown Cleveland. After the run, enjoy some live entertainment, refreshments and crafts outside the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Learn more here.

When: Saturday 9-10:30 a.m.

Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony

What: The Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement weekend kicked off Thursday as the Baltimore Ravens beat the Chicago Bears, but the big moment takes place Sunday when Robert Brazile, Brian Dawkins, Jerry Kramer, lRay Lewis, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens and Brian Urlacher join football’s greats in Canton. Don’t forget Maroon 5 will also perform at the Concert for Legends on Sunday. Get tickets here.

Vintage Ohio Wine Festival

What: Get ready to rosé all day at this outdoor festival. Sample all your favorite wines, from cabernets to pinots, and discover some new favorites as well. Food, cooking demonstrations and live music will be on site and vendors will be around for some shopping. Learn more here.

Warehouse District Street Festival

What: Head to this downtown Cleveland block party for food and entertainment. Tickets are free ad you’ll have a chance to check out some of the district’s best restaurants and bars. Learn more here.
