October is upon us and there are plenty events fitting for the season.

From a cupcake crawl to a bacon festival and a wizard bar crawl, there's something for everyone this weekend. You can even see WKYC's own Leon Bibb in a live performance.

Bacon Festival

What: The second ever Bacon Festival heads to the East Bank of The Flats this weekend for bacon, beer and live bands. The best part is, 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland. Learn more here.

Cleveland Comic Con

What: Cleveland Comic Con is an ideal destination for true comic book lovers. Fans of gaming, anime and sci-fi will also find items of interest. The guest list includes comic artist Keith Pollard, X-Men director Larry Houston and Creepshow designer Rick Catizone, as well as many more. Get tickets here.

Cupcake Crawl

What: The Lorain County Cupcake Crawl kicked off this week, so why not spend a weekend indulging in the ultimate sugary experience? Visit participating bakeries across three counties and check them off on your passport. Visit five bakeries to redeem a prize. Learn more here.

Harry Potter Fun Run

What: Gather your fellow muggles and head to Medina for the fourth annual Harry Potter 5K Run and Walk. Wear your Potterhead gear and get entered to win some Potter prizes. Register here.

Historic Pub Crawl

Lock 3 Oktoberfest

Modern Warrior LIVE

What: This theatrical music experience explores the impact that war has on one's psyche and how those who have been at war can struggle to reintegrate to society. WKYC's Leon Bibb, a Vietnam veteran, will make a special guest appearance. Get tickets here.

Ohio Mart

What: Head to the beautiful Stan Hywet Gardens for Ohio Mart, an artisan craft and exhibitor fair perfect for those wanting to get an early start on holiday shopping. There will be a huge lineup of diverse vendors, as well as a food court featuring baked goods and cider. Learn more here.

Wizard Pub Crawl
