WATCH: 3News anchors share words of wisdom for Laura Caso ahead of the arrival of her son

Plus, stick around until the end of the video to see a special surprise!

CLEVELAND — With 3News' Laura Caso expected to welcome her little bundle of joy any day now, several of our WKYC anchors came together to give their best (and somewhat hilarious) advice for life with kids.

What's New anchors Betsy Kling and Jay Crawford, Front Row's Jim Donovan and Sara Shookman, and Laura's own co-lead on What's Next and What Matters Most Russ Mitchell each give their words of wisdom on topics ranging from how to soothe a crying child to what it's like to be a first time parent.

"You think you're ready, but you're never ready until it happens," said Jay.

"It's total chaos-- but good chaos... if there is such a thing," says Betsy.

When it comes to something the our 3News anchors had known before they had their kids, each said

"How precious sleep is," exclaimed Russ.

In terms of baby names, Laura and husband David are still up in the air on what to name their baby boy, and like every other subject, our anchors had their own suggestions.

Jay suggests Laura and David go with "Antonio," while Betsy said "Jason," and Sara offered "Logan."

The Voice of the Browns himself suggested something a little closer to home, offering "Jim" as an option for the parents to be. "My suggestion is Jim, it's a basic name. It's a good, strong name. It's short, it's brief, it's concise. It's going to work."

The anchors also weighed in on what the best part of being a parent is, but you will want to watch the video in the player above to hear each of their answers.

If all of our 3News anchors weren't enough to put Laura into tears, the group finished off the story with a surprise video from her mom and sister, sending their love and support, and saying that they know she will make an incredible mom.

"WOW! I am so touched, surprised and blown away by this beautiful segment from my @wkyc family. The tears were flowing, especially when my mom & sister showed up on the screen!  We can’t wait to meet our baby boy - any day now," Laura wrote on Twitter Friday.
