AKRON, Ohio — 3News crews are in downtown Akron Wednesday for a very special event.
The Akron Municipal Court is hosting outdoor weddings all day at Cascade Plaza. During the 11 a.m. slot, a father and son took part by both marrying their beloved sweethearts at the same time.
Father Gary Green wed Kathy Saunders, while son Jalen Green tied the knot with Ida Coffee. It was a touching moment for the family with the beautiful background of Akron looking on.
