Letters of Hope spreading messages of love throughout Cleveland

Letters of Hope exists to remind people that hope is still alive, even in times of sorrow and uncertainty.

CLEVELAND — We've seen the broken glass and boarded windows in downtown Cleveland.

Now you can find messages of hope scattered among the glass shards thanks to local outreach organization Cleveland Hope Exchange.

They spent the morning leaving messages of love and hope across Cleveland. By next Friday, they will have left 1,000 of the letters across the city for you to find.

"We couldn’t do this on our own. We believe that our Cleveland neighbors are instrumental in this engine of hope and we’re challenging Cleveland to help us one letter at a time. Many of our Letters of Hope have been handwritten by Journey Church members and neighbors from all over the city of Cleveland. In partnership with these neighbors and other nonprofit organizations, we will be distributing over 1,000 Letters of Hope during this campaign," the organization wrote in a release.

Letters of Hope exists to remind people that hope is still alive, even in times of sorrow and uncertainty. They are seeking to accelerate this mission by planting Letters of Hope all over Cleveland and using #LettersofHopeCle and tagging @hopeforcle on Instagram or Facebook to share a widespread, digital movement of hope everywhere.
